Through our hyper sexualized culture, we have been able to meet a raw, primal need for physical closeness. Like a drug, we move from experience to experience trying to satiate a deep longing but in many situations are missing the mark and so, our tanks are never fully replenished.
In this afternoon workshop, we will discuss what it means to be vulnerable so that we can move beyond the walls that prevent deep connection and intimacy – both toward the self and one another.
Other topics that will enhance the learning experience include: the duality of Yin & Yang within the context of solitary and partner experiences; forging lasting relationships with friends, family, and lovers; and the development of a meditative mind to connect one to the present experience versus a goal-oriented mind set.
Come ready to listen, share, and connect in the safe space.
No partner work or nudity. This is about the mind, spirit, and emotions.
